Cinnamon Sugar Flax Crackers, sugar and gluten free

2 cups whole flax seeds
2/3 cup water, filtered
1 TBSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP stevia
 
1. Place seeds, cinnamon, stevia and water in a bowl, mix and  let sit overnight.
2. Place in dehydrator and make small creases to form of crackers.
3. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours, until crispy.
4. Garnish with your favorite spread and skip for delight!
 
Top these bad boys with almond butter or homemade jam- Deeeelicious!!
